Role Overview: Multi-Account Sales Executive

We are seeking several Multi-Account Sales Executives to enhance our Sales & Marketing division across various regions in Mexico.

This position presents a unique opportunity to influence the sales performance of numerous retail outlets within your designated area.

If you possess a strong background in retail sales, this role will allow you to spend significant time in the field, visiting stores to support, train, and inspire their teams. Your interpersonal skills and sales expertise will be crucial in driving performance improvements.

Your Impact

In this role, you will manage a network of retail establishments that offer our insurance products alongside various consumer goods. Regular visits to each location will be essential to engage with staff and enhance their performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and planning store visits, training sessions, and sales workshops.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance across different retail locations in your territory, establishing sales goals, and facilitating feedback discussions with management.
  • Delivering product knowledge and sales technique training periodically.
  • Ensuring that staff are equipped with the necessary information to effectively promote additional products.
  • Maintaining adequate supplies of promotional materials and contracts at retail locations.
  • Allocating approximately 10% of your time to administrative duties, including sales reports, training documentation, and operational meetings.

Qualifications for Success

The ideal candidate will have relevant sales experience in a similar capacity or as a supervisor in a retail environment. Familiarity with consumer electronics sales is advantageous but not mandatory if you have a genuine interest in these products. We are also looking for:

  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in providing sales training and constructive feedback.
  • A results-driven mindset.
