Job Title: Oracle Cloud EPM Lead Consultant

Infosys Limited is seeking an experienced EPM Techno-functional lead to drive a Cloud solution by interfacing with key customer stakeholders and applying their functional and technical proficiency in the Account Reconciliation area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Break down user stories through deep dive sessions and functional design sessions.
  • Provide a solution for the user stories based on the Oracle Hyperion Cloud SAAS platform - FCCS and/or Accounting Reconciliation Cloud.
  • Drive the solution by applying hands-on experience on at least 2-3 EPM Cloud - FCCS and/or ARC implementations.
  • Lead a team during all types of testing and support activities related to implementation.
  • Participate in transition and warranty support.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in engineering with MBA in Finance preferred OR Chartered Accountant/CPA with technical expertise.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development, and Maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle Hyperion suite of products.
  • 2-3 years of end-to-end hands-on experience in implementing the latest versions of Oracle's Cloud EPM suite of products, preferably FCCS and/or ARC.
  • Strong functional understanding of Financial Consolidation and close as well as Statutory Reporting.
  • Support and enhancements experience with already implemented EPM FCCS and/or solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Spanish and English written and spoken proficiency.
  • End-to-end FCCS and/or ARCS implementation experience with requirements gathering, design, solution build, testing, cut-over.
  • Experience in a client-facing role – Conducting workshops/CRP's/architecture discussions.
  • Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in onsite-offshore models. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as a trusted advisor.
