What You Will Do:
- Provide exceptional customer support to internal teams across the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand via phone, email, and Slack.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Excellence team to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and road assistance requests.
- Support daily operations within the Operations department to maintain smooth workflows and accurate productivity reports.
- Develop and manage data-driven insights on operational performance across North American and Oceania branches.
- Stay up-to-date on Indie Campers' products and policies to provide informed guidance to internal teams.
- Maintain open communication channels and report any operational issues for prompt resolution.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing new procedures.
