Strategic HR Professional

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Professional to join our team as a Talent Development and Operations specialist. This role will be responsible for the successful deployment of HR initiatives, ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day human resources tasks, and contributing to a cohesive employee experience that aligns with the company's culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Coaching and Mentorship: Provide coaching and mentorship to managers on HR policies and processes, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to become more effective leaders who can foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.
- Facilitation of Key HR Activities: Facilitate key HR activities as directed, such as talent management, engagement, learning and development, career coaching, mentoring, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate on initiatives with the global enablement team, HRBP's, and COE's to improve the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong operational background.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the successful implementation of HR initiatives and programs that have a direct impact on business performance.
