Strategic Talent Development Lead

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Strategic Talent Development Lead to join their People and Organisation team. This role plays a key part in driving organisational growth through the design of impactful training programs.
About the Role
The Strategic Talent Development Lead will be responsible for defining the annual training plan, considering business needs, departmental requirements, and global strategies. They will lead a team of high-performing employees, nurturing their skills to better support the organisation as learning facilitators.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an annual training plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of talent development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development by inspiring the organisation with relevant initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of sales force and enabling functions.
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs to guarantee proper learning process for affiliate employees.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English at an advanced level.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training or talent development areas.
- At least 3 years of experience as a people manager/with direct reports.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or other high regulated industries.
