Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Recrew. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business operations, focusing on talent acquisition, employee experience, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Employee Experience: Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives, including training programs, employee recognition, and performance management.
  • HR Operations: Manage HR systems, processes, and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and performance issues.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee experience, and HR operations.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Language: Advanced English language skills.
