We're seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Specialist - HR Operations to join our team. As a key member of our HR Operations department, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our employees.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.
You'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining personnel records, including labor contracts, job history, retirement, leave records, transfers, and salary progression
- Providing top-notch service desk support for employees on HR-related queries
- Preparing HR employment-related paperwork according to defined templates
- Selecting and managing HR outsourcing vendors (as needed)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in HR, help desk/service desk, or service process handling
- Excellent Microsoft Office and Excel skills at an intermediate level
- Fluency in English language
- Familiarity with SAP HR/Finance and Workday Knowledge (an advantage)
- A customer-centric mindset, ability to handle multiple requests, and thrive in a team environment
