Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for Key Accounts in Mexico to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth by maintaining existing relationships with key accounts and developing new business opportunities through product and business model innovations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in sales and new business development, preferably in the Home & Fabric Care, Polyurethane, or related industries. A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in key account management. You should be able to communicate effectively with customers, build strong networks, and foster strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sustain and grow existing business relationships with key accounts in Mexico
- Develop new business opportunities through product and business model innovations
- Manage complex accounts and distributors, including call reports, forecasting, and financial planning
- Organize and lead customer meetings to include aligned agendas, presentation development, sales tools, and follow-up actions
- Negotiate and implement pricing and manage quality issues
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
