About the Role:

Nasdaq is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at major global accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue spend per account and drive client meetings where necessary.
  • Proactively reach out to accounts to ensure there are no retention risks/losses.
  • Provide information about Nasdaq's products and services through face-to-face presentations and phone conversations.
  • Take ownership of problem resolution if customer issues cannot be solved through normal channels.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience working in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or Client Facing roles within the Financial, Banking, Fintech, or IT sectors.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship skills.
  • Finance and/or Capital Markets background.
  • Experience working with US, Canada, or Global Clients/Accounts.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000 based on industry standards and location.
