">We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Metrio. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with our senior-level decision makers and influencers.
">Job Description
">This role involves creating demand for our products and services by raising their profile with our customers. You will achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account, conducting regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to our product/service strategies.

- Develop effective relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts.">
- Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.">
- Drive client meetings where necessary, utilizing all available information.">
- Proactively reach out to accounts to ensure there are no retention risks/losses.">
- Provide information about our products and services by raising their profile with customers through face-to-face presentations and phone conversations.">
- Enhance depth and breadth of knowledge and strengthen client relationships through attending professional meetings, seminars, and industry conferences.">
- Take ownership of problem resolution if customer issues cannot be solved through normal channels.">

- Educational background: MBA, MSc or similar qualification.">
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or a related field.">

Compensation
">The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience.
