About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Northwest Region of Mexico. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Endoscopy products to channel partners and direct accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to meet customer needs and priorities
  • Pursue leads and provide tools to maximize the benefits of our services
  • Coordinate with the back-office team to resolve customer requests
  • Negotiate and process customer orders to achieve quota
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate logistics for investigational products
  • Collaborate with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the physician level
  • Demonstrate mastery of all sales tools and programs available
  • Execute key account plans to develop different therapies in collaboration with the Field Clinical Specialist

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or Healthcare
  • Advanced level of English (B2) spoken and written
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to travel (more than 70% of the time)
  • Self-driven, customer-focused, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Biomedicine or Biomedical Engineer, Chemistry, or related field
  • Experience in patient, physician, nurses, and medical administrators follow-up
  • Interest in market analysis, sales, and marketing
  • Ability to relocate
