Job Title: Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at The Leschaco Group. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate market opportunities and identify potential customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Elaborate and follow up on sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and transmit quotations to customers
  • Coordinate trade-related sales activities to ensure seamless execution
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Prepare and submit monthly status reports to management
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in Field Sales roles in Freight forwarding or Forwarder
  • Advanced English language skills (B1 level)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
