A Day in the Role:
As a Revenue Growth Management Coordinator, you should be driven, proactive, and capable of working independently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Implementing RGM strategies and integrating them within the local organization. Conducting RGM assessments alongside the marketing and brand teams, commercial departments, business development, finance, and consumer market insights. Integrating both internal and external, financial and non-financial data. Managing average consumer pricing and pack price structures (including category, product, channel, and customer mix management; promotional strategies and ROI per brand, account, and pack type; retail selling narratives and trading terms management). Facilitating the execution of current RGM initiatives to achieve additional revenue and gross profit. Gaining a deep understanding of retailer dynamics, value drivers, and consumer behavior. Building a strong team focused on RGM priorities to enhance business growth and comprehend overall RGM methodologies. Reinforcing RGM insights and initiatives across the organization, with peers and senior management. Contributing to the development of RGM capabilities (e.g., sharing best practices).What We Provide:
