Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Intugo. This part-time position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, including managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors and HR, and overseeing facilities maintenance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement department policies and procedures for operational improvement.
  • Work with vendors and HR to recruit, orient staff, and coordinate departmental goals and projects.
  • Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, and ensure safety, health, and security standards compliance.
  • Lead business improvement efforts, prepare operational reports, and manage assets across multiple locations.
  • Handle workspace management, staff relocation, and ensure timely payment of monthly bills.
  • Supervise facilities services, vendor meetings, and staff training.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs and manage transportation for site visits, 24/7 emergency call support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • 2-3 years of proven work experience as an office administrator.
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Awareness of ISO, ISMS, and GRIC policies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $2,500.00 per week

Expected hours: 25 per week

Language: Advanced English
