Job Summary

The Sales Support Analyst role is a key position in our commercial banking team, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes and procedures, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day client servicing and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
- Execute multiple production support functions to fulfill product requirements for clients.
- Complete all assigned tasks on a timely basis with minimal supervision.
- Assess risk when making business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications

- Previous year of relevant experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
