Service Desk Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Service Desk Engineer to join our team at Cognizant, a leading IT services provider. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the technology lifecycle, including installation, configuration, and optimization of hardware and software.
- Perform troubleshooting and monitoring of systems, hardware, and applications.
- Provide exceptional support to end-users, resolving incidents and issues efficiently.
- Evaluate customer requests and propose plans, working closely with stakeholders to resolve elevated tickets.
- Perform proactive analysis and problem diagnosis, with a focus on repetitive issues and OSD technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an enterprise company.
- Depth knowledge of iOS/MAC and Windows devices, as well as Virtual Desktop technologies.
- Intermediate to Advanced level of English.
