We're seeking a skilled Service Desk Engineer to join our team at Cognizant, a leading IT services provider. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the technology lifecycle, including installation, configuration, and optimization of hardware and software.
  • Perform troubleshooting and monitoring of systems, hardware, and applications.
  • Provide exceptional support to end-users, resolving incidents and issues efficiently.
  • Evaluate customer requests and propose plans, working closely with stakeholders to resolve elevated tickets.
  • Perform proactive analysis and problem diagnosis, with a focus on repetitive issues and OSD technologies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an enterprise company.
  • Depth knowledge of iOS/MAC and Windows devices, as well as Virtual Desktop technologies.
  • Intermediate to Advanced level of English.
