Service Desk Operations Specialist

The Service Desk Analyst plays a critical role in developing and executing the service desk function for Essity globally. This involves working closely with service line operations teams to deliver exceptional service to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the service desk function for GBS SAS globally
- Utilize knowledge of all processes within the service line to implement solutions that meet and exceed stakeholder needs
- React to unstructured tickets from customers within agreed timeframes
- Resolve tickets based on own and shared knowledge, with a focus on quality and speed
- Ambassador for ServEss and other service management tools
- Manage stakeholder requests effectively, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new service management technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in accounts payable and/or service desk role
- Strong knowledge of all areas within service desk responsibility
- Preferred system experience in SAP, Invoice Track, Ariba, and Office 365
- Analyst experience in a multi-cultural environment
