Service Desk Team Lead Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Service Desk Team Lead. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of technical support specialists to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  2. Develop and implement processes to improve team performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities and improve overall service delivery.
  4. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and quality standards.
  5. Identify and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  6. Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  2. Proven leadership experience, with a track record of team management and development.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Advanced English language skills.
