We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Service Desk Team Lead. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of technical support specialists to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Develop and implement processes to improve team performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities and improve overall service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and quality standards.
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of team management and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English language skills.
