Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and effective collections.
- Communication and Dispute Resolution: Communicate with customers to clarify disputes and resolve issues related to collections.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales Controlling, Customer Service, Taxes, Accounting, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Payment Application and Follow-up: Apply payments and follow up on claims with customers to ensure timely resolution.
- Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze payment trends and forecast collection amounts to inform business decisions.
- Reporting and Auditing: Prepare and submit reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), internal and external audits, and audit reporting.
- Intermediate Excel Skills: Proficient in using Excel to analyze data and prepare reports.
