Soho Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Soho Support Coordinator to join our team at Soho House & Co. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately manage guest records and data entry to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide commercial awareness and offer recommendations on services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that Soho House & Co. maintains an exceptional reputation for customer service and experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to achieve responsibilities and meet company goals.
- Work closely with the team to achieve agreed KPIs and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a Reservations Agent role or similar, with telephone-based customer service experience.
- Previous experience with Opera and excellent administration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience of working with high-profile/VIP guests and in a 5-star/luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands.
- Ability to make periodical fast-paced movements to move around the property.
- Ability to move, pull, push, carry, or lift at least 30 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb.
- Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, cleaning, and stooping.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
