About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Soho Support Coordinator to join our team at Soho House & Co. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately manage guest records and data entry to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Provide commercial awareness and offer recommendations on services to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure that Soho House & Co. maintains an exceptional reputation for customer service and experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to achieve responsibilities and meet company goals.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve agreed KPIs and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Reservations Agent role or similar, with telephone-based customer service experience.
  • Previous experience with Opera and excellent administration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience of working with high-profile/VIP guests and in a 5-star/luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands.
  • Ability to make periodical fast-paced movements to move around the property.
  • Ability to move, pull, push, carry, or lift at least 30 pounds.
  • Ability to occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb.
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, cleaning, and stooping.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
