Salaris

We bieden een competitief salaris van €80.000 - €110.000 per jaar, afhankelijk van uw ervaring.

Het salaris wordt berekend op basis van het gemiddelde salaris in de regio waar u zich gaat vestigen.

Jobomschrijving

Als Global Client Relationship Manager bent u verantwoordelijk voor:

  • het beheren en ontwikkelen van relaties met onze bestaande klanten;
  • het identificeren van kansen om producten en diensten uit te breiden;
  • het voeren van regelmatige klantbeoordelingen en -satisfactie-assessments;
  • het samwerken met de sales- en accountmanagementteams om klantbehoeften aan te pakken;
  • het informeren van klanten over nieuwe producten en diensten.
Benodigde vaardigheden en kennis

We zoeken iemand met:

  • Een bachelor-diploma in Business Administration of Marketing;
  • Minder dan vijf jaar ervaring in klantrelatie management;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Good problem-solving skills;
  • Kennis van CRM-systemen;
  • Ervaring met data-analyse.
