Business Relationship Manager

As a Business Relationship Manager at Pluxee, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps companies attract, engage, and retain talent across 31 countries. The role involves managing relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services, and conducting regular client reviews and satisfaction assessments. You will collaborate with sales and account management teams to address client needs, provide updates on new products and services, and prepare reports on client relationship metrics and performance.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in client relationship management or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience. A Certified Client Relationship Manager (CCRM) certification or equivalent is preferred. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in CRM systems.
