\tDrive continuous improvement using the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).
\tActively participate in team efforts, take a leadership role, and contribute to workload balancing.
\tPossess high confidentiality, reliability, discretion, problem-solving, quality, and professionalism.
\tAddress changing priorities, calendars, and deadlines in a flexible and proactive manner.
\tPossess excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
\tMonitor and coordinate oral and written communication between internal and external customers and the Campus Plant Manager's office.
\tEnsure proper filing and record-keeping by accurately storing and recording information in a timely manner.
\tPrepare and route routine and complex correspondence and presentations on own initiative.
\tCompile reports from various information sources and prepare documents for planning meetings and presentations.
\tMaintain effective relationships with employees and external clients.
\tProvide assistance to other key staff members and functional projects as needed.
\t**Requirements:**
\tUndergraduate degree required.
\t1-3 years of progressive administrative assistance experience supporting senior-level positions.
\tExcellent technical secretarial skills.
\tExcellent written and oral communication skills.
\tProficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
\tRecommends office procedures and monitors results.
\tRecommends plans and coordinates a course of action.
\tExercises good judgment on significant projects.
\tIndependently responds to a wide variety of information requests.
\tFamiliar with solving problems and performing important, sometimes urgent, confidential, and complex tasks with constantly changing priorities.
\t**Preferred Specialized Knowledge:**
\t1-3 years of experience in a similar position desired.
\tMake the hard decisions and be proactive.
