Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Sales department, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with customers, logistics teams, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and respond to sales-related emails in a timely manner
  • Manage sales inquiry mailbox and data entry requests
  • Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely shipping and production
  • Prepare sales, logistics, and production reports
  • Update customers on order statuses and follow up on graphics inquiries
  • Assist with day-to-day administration and other departmental tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
