Responsibilities
The Role
As a Field Sales Device Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing activation requests, reassignments, and resolving incidents related to sales equipment.
Your Contributions
In this position, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the reassignment of iPad/iPhone devices to new Field Sales personnel.
- Identifying opportunities bi-weekly and preparing an Excel file for mass uploads to the Calero Team.
- Monitoring inventory risks for equipment and assisting in resolving issues for the 'Top 10 Zones.'
- Managing equipment exceptions for the 'Top 5 Zones' and addressing concerns on a bi-weekly basis.
- Collaborating effectively and maintaining open communication with all stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a focus on Business, Data Analytics, or Engineering.
Professional Experience:
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with experience in Salesforce and SAP as a user.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to proactively address challenges.
- Proven experience in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
