We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Operations Dispatcher** to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining carrier relationships, offering custom transportation solutions that exceed our customers' needs, while delivering outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor and control drivers from loading to unloading
  • Draft contracts and agreements
  • Coordinate drivers on flights
  • Communicate with customers
  • Solve complex problems

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations or Business
  • Advanced English level
  • At least 1 year of experience in ground transportation services
  • Previous experience in a night shift role is preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Effective communication with customers and team
  • TMS experience (preferred)
  • Crisis management skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, analytical, and multitasking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of systems: MS Office, Excel, and web browsing
