We’re looking for a seasoned growth professional to join our mission-driven team at Leona Health. As our Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing customer activation, and enhancing user engagement through innovative strategies and data-driven insights.

About the Role
  • Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute multi-channel strategies to attract new customers, leveraging digital marketing, partnerships, social media, and events.
  • Customer Activation: Design and implement onboarding processes that ensure seamless user experiences, driving early engagement and satisfaction.
  • User Engagement: Create and launch campaigns to keep users active, using analytics to tailor communications and interventions.
  • Growth Experiments: Identify hypotheses and conduct experiments to test and validate growth strategies.
  • Product Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and product team to gather user feedback and inform product development.
  • Performance Measurement: Set clear metrics and track performance, using data to refine strategies and optimize results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience, preferably in an early-stage D2C startup, with growth experience in a pre-seed to Series A startup.
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency with content creation tools and social media platforms.
