Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Content Licensing

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) team for Content Licensing. This is a leadership position within the Warner Bros. Discovery Studios Center of Excellence (COE), responsible for forming, growing, and stabilizing the FPA Content Licensing function.
Key Responsibilities- Work with COE leadership to execute transition plans and ensure timely delivery of planning responsibilities, including forecast preparation, submission, and budget preparation.
- Ensure timely delivery of reporting responsibilities, including preparation of actuals versus forecast variance reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization, with a focus on commercial and media experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to execute key initiatives, including global process alignment, continuous improvement, and implementation of planning and reporting best practices.
- Minimum 10+ years related professional experience, with at least 8 years' experience in a management position.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree in a related field a plus.
- English language proficiency, at a minimum of professional working proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, financial planning, analysis, and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes.
- Experience managing large teams and commercial and media experience a plus.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization, with a high degree of integrity, tact, and diplomacy.
- Effective communicator at all levels of the organization, with the ability to influence others and negotiate outcomes.
