Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our Global End-User Support organization, you will play a vital role in optimizing the usage of business technologies to increase productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and solutions to complex IT incidents and problems.
- Collaborate with Digital Technology product teams to implement processes, technology, and solutions on-site.
- Ensure IT policies and principles are followed on-site.
- Improve, utilize, train, and promote new technologies within the organization.
- Install and configure hardware, computer systems, and applications.
- Engage with vendors related to IT.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT providing technical support to manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- General knowledge of ITSM and IT infrastructure concepts.
- Expertise in one or more specific IT technical areas, such as Active Directory, Microsoft Server environment, Networking, ITIL, or automation.
- Data analytics and presentation document skills.
