Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our Global End-User Support organization, you will play a vital role in optimizing the usage of business technologies to increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and solutions to complex IT incidents and problems.
  • Collaborate with Digital Technology product teams to implement processes, technology, and solutions on-site.
  • Ensure IT policies and principles are followed on-site.
  • Improve, utilize, train, and promote new technologies within the organization.
  • Install and configure hardware, computer systems, and applications.
  • Engage with vendors related to IT.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT providing technical support to manufacturing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • General knowledge of ITSM and IT infrastructure concepts.
  • Expertise in one or more specific IT technical areas, such as Active Directory, Microsoft Server environment, Networking, ITIL, or automation.
  • Data analytics and presentation document skills.
  • Outstanding service-oriented mindset.
  • Open communication and international collaboration.
