Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Order entry and invoicing, follow up on purchase orders, and report on customer issues.
  • Support the sales team by coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Directly support customers with general inquiries, escalations, and other issues.
  • Work closely with the Asset team to process orders and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
  • 1 year minimum of customer service experience, preferably B2B.
  • Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
