About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced team lead to join our Capability Center Operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15 to 30 people, monitoring KPIs, and providing training, coaching, motivation, and direction while creating an environment that encourages commitment, increased productivity, and superior quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team of customer care professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure success
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Partner with the manager to identify and prioritize business objectives, develop strategies to achieve them, and measure progress
- Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and growth, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance
What You'll Need
- Advanced English language proficiency
- At least two years of experience working as a team leader or supervisor in a customer-facing role
- One or more years of experience in a customer service position, preferably in a shared services center
- Proven track record of achieving targets, improving processes, and developing high-performing teams
