Global Patient Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Global Patient Support Specialist to join our team at Aleph Integrated. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and customers from around the world.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist patients with navigating our online sign-up process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Analyze patient complaints and provide effective solutions to resolve issues promptly.
- Verify patient identities and sensitive information while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state Cannabis regulations specific to delivery and medical recommendations.
- Stay current with the latest cannabis-related research studies and findings, integrating this knowledge into patient interactions.
- Communicate patient feedback to leads and provide insights on process improvements.
- Collaborate with dispensaries and patients to facilitate Getnugg orders and respond to healthcare provider requests.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type 60+ words per minute.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet multiple deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills and proficiency in using various software applications.
Work Environment:
