About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth and pipeline through prospecting, social selling, qualifying and consultative selling. As a subject matter expert and evangelist of Top Employers HR Certification, you will connect and network with senior HR stakeholders, positioning the full value of the Programme across their areas of responsibility and focus.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Sales, preferably in the field of HR Tech or HR Services or SAAS, with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Native or fluent in Spanish and fluent in English in both writing and verbally is required. Any other language is a nice to have.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline through prospecting, social selling, qualifying and consultative selling
  • Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of Top Employers HR Certification
  • Connect and network with senior HR stakeholders and position the full value of the Programme
  • Work closely with Marketing to support events and follow up digital leads

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Associates or Bachelor degree (or equivalent)
  • 2-5 years working experience in Sales, preferably in the field of HR Tech or HR Services or SAAS
  • Value Selling Skills: meeting prep, conduct an effective needs analysis, deliver sales presentations, answer questions and handle objections
  • Negotiation skills: preparing, making offers, responding to offers, typical tactics, closing and ensuring agreements last
  • Communication skills: operate with confidence, formal persuasive presentations, communicate 1-1 with confidence and discuss company products/services and added value potential effectively
