Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled **Operation and Support Specialist** to join our Mexico-based team. As a key member of our operation and delivery team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the voice of ng-voice GmbH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the continuous operation of our mobile network solutions.
  • Provide 24/7 support to our clients' technical teams via online portals, phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage incidents to resolve all issues within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA), including escalation to higher support levels when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot IMS Telco or Cloud-related issues.
  • Keep clients updated on the progress of their issues.
  • Continuously monitor the deployed solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Continuously improve internal processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Experience with Linux machines (setup, administration, operation).
  • Experience with networking infrastructures, including routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing techniques.
  • Debugging and tracing skills (Wireshark).
  • Experience with IMS.
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts.
  • Experience providing support to technical clients and their teams.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of signaling standards and protocols such as SIP and Diameter.
  • Experience with Kubernetes administration.
  • Experience working with public clouds like AWS and GCP.
  • Experience in mobile networks (EPC and 5G).
