Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and driving sales growth through outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, and chat support
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Drive sales growth through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and email outreach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide informed sales support

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
