We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our consumer products to healthcare professionals and dermatological centers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with the District Manager to establish and execute the local strategy to achieve divisional goals.
  • Meet annual sales targets for assigned territory.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Galderma's product portfolio, clinical evidence, categories, and cross-selling opportunities to optimize interactions with customers and ensure goal achievement.
  • Visit designated doctors and medical centers to promote and sell consumer products based on patient or consumer needs.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to design, implement, and monitor plans to increase divisional efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on function results and explain deviations to the District Manager.
  • Propose initiatives to the District Manager to improve divisional results.

**Requirements:**

  • Education/Training: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Administration, Marketing, or Biological Chemistry. Basic English skills.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, ideally in pharmaceutical and/or dermatocosmetic products.
