Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical Projects Coordinator to oversee and coordinate electric engineering initiatives within our automotive sector. This role involves managing project delivery, ensuring adherence to financial, technical, and quality standards, and leading a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project delivery, ensuring adherence to financial, technical, and quality standards.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and productive team commitment, stability, and motivation.
  • Enhance and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, finance, and human resources, to achieve project goals and improve processes.
  • Oversee calculation and control of changes or Engineering Change Requests (ECR & ECO) as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing electric engineering projects within the automotive industry or related sectors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. Experience with Kuka, Fanuc, and ABB systems is highly desirable.
  • Valid Visa B2, driver's license, and professional license.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.

  • Strong ability to manage projects from inception to completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Deep understanding of electric engineering, robotics, and mechatronics principles.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and adapt to evolving project requirements.
