The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in generating quality new business pipeline to support our product-led growth motion, GCNow. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • You will build rapport with contacts by offering value-added resources, providing feedback loops, and actively assisting marketing and product teams with strategies to drive opportunities and pipeline for GCNow.
  • You will qualify and follow up on inbound GCNow leads to sales opportunities that meet a minimum qualification criterion by educating potential customers.
  • You will assist in answering technical questions and provide high-level product demos.
  • You will engage in strategic outbound prospecting, including cold calling and leveraging intent data to generate interest.
  • You will expand on key buying personas and units in target accounts.
  • You will engage with social media channels to effectively build relationships and interact with potential buyers to spread brand awareness for GCNow.
  • You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to provide the best hand-off process, keeping the buyer's experience at the forefront.


Required Qualifications

  • You must have 2+ years of former BDR/SDR experience with a proven track record.
  • You should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • You should display a sense of curiosity and problem-solving in uncovering prospect/customer needs.
  • You should demonstrate an ability to actively listen and have natural curiosity.
  • You should be comfortable reaching out to new contacts via phone and/or other channels and having conversations.
  • You should have the ability to prioritize work with strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • You should be creative and able to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
  • You should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You should be driven to exceed defined individual key performance indicators (KPIs) and team targets and quotas.
  • You should be comfortable with remote and distributed teams, as well as flexible work arrangements.
  • You should have a technical understanding of complex SAAS solutions.
  • You should have a growth mindset with the ability to demo to upper leadership and executive audiences.


Additional Requirements

  • You should have experience with Salesforce and Lead Management platforms (Outreach, Salesloft).
  • You should be savvy with social selling, blogging, video, and all digital collaboration tools.
  • You should have an understanding or experience working with PLG (product-led growth) motion.
  • You should have prior demo experience for a SaaS company.
  • You should be passionate about the customer experience with strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • You should work well with people with a positive attitude and mindset.
  • You should have experience working in the SaaS industry and articulating the value of products through storytelling and problem-based messaging.
  • You should be goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and consistent achievement of year-over-year quotas.


Salary Estimate:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
