Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate travel and logistics, manage expense reports, and reserve conference rooms to ensure seamless team meetings. Facilitate catering and serve as a liaison to other administrative assistants, coordinating office moves and preparing documents using Microsoft Office Suite. Distribute incoming communications, evaluate priority items, and maintain office supply ordering and inventory. Provide exceptional support to various Micron sites and departments, back-up support to other TPG Administrative Assistants, and train incoming Administrative Professionals as needed.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support, excellent calendar management skills, and travel arrangement experience. Proven ability to interact with team members at all levels, reliable attention to detail, and high level of professionalism. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and an Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
