About the Role

As an Executive Deputy Director at Hsbc, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer acquisition. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement business strategies that meet and exceed regional goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise a team of Premier & Advance Managers, Account Executives, Equity Bankers, and Support Bankers to ensure effective customer service and compliance with regulations.
  • Establish and execute commercial strategies to increase resource capture and new client acquisition, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure customer acquisition is proportional to both upgrades of current bank customers and new customers, based on regional goals.
  • Advise and supervise the sales force to ensure the correct offer is made to clients based on their needs and investor profile, with the objective of establishing long-term business relationships.
  • Develop business by coordinating cross-selling with other Hsbc products and segments, such as Insurance, CIB/CMB, PCS, GBM, Payroll, Mortgage, and Business Banking.
  • Adequately administer customer knowledge and manage client portfolios for each Patrimonial banker, with a focus on optimal portfolio management and knowledge of the Equity product portfolio.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Economic-Administrative field or Engineering (Master's degree desirable).
  • Management experience in client portfolios in the financial sector.
  • More than 10 years of experience in the financial sector.
  • Experience in customer service and sales.
  • AMIB 3 certification.
