**Job Overview**
As an Executive Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at Sheraton Monterrey Ambassador. Your primary goal will be to guide guests through their entire stay, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and unique.

• Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area with guests.
