As a Phone Customer Support Specialist at Uplift Talent Partners, you will be an integral part of our team, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)
**Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet callers and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals as needed
- Take messages accurately and relay them to the appropriate recipients
- Provide basic technical support or troubleshooting assistance over the phone
- Maintain accurate records of calls and messages
- Assist in maintaining phone system equipment and ensuring its proper functioning
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or phone operator role preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with callers professionally
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
