As a Phone Customer Support Specialist at Uplift Talent Partners, you will be an integral part of our team, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)

**Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet callers and provide them with necessary information or assistance
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals as needed
  • Take messages accurately and relay them to the appropriate recipients
  • Provide basic technical support or troubleshooting assistance over the phone
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and messages
  • Assist in maintaining phone system equipment and ensuring its proper functioning
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or phone operator role preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with callers professionally
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
