Customer Support Specialist with Technical Expertise

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our winning team. As a technical expert, you will assist customers with product-related issues, promote a high-quality service image, and identify potential sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support for customer inquiries about TeamViewer software
- Determine potential for sales opportunities and forward leads to responsible teams
- Make customer satisfaction calls and participate in surveying customers to improve service delivery
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in phone-based customer care in a high-volume call center environment (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese required
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and intermediate knowledge of MS Office software
- High level of IT and technical knowledge with interest in the IT field
