**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our Service Agreement Sales team at Bruker. In this key role, you will provide administrative support to the sales team and customers, ensuring seamless service agreement administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and respond to all incoming requests for contract or service agreement support, forwarding them to responsible sales personnel as needed.
  • Create quotations for warranty conversion and process all requests for insurance and compliance.
  • Install packet quotations, route and process Terms & Conditions, contractor agreements, and government contract forms and requests.
  • Assist the support team with various requests, including checking renewals & conversions have been quoted using SAP reports and routing missing quotes to service agreement sales associates.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, track performance, and process POs while maintaining bookings reports.
  • Perform end-of-month tasks, accept sold agreements in the quoting tool, share booked agreements with customer service, and share 24/7 sales with the service team.
  • Generate service agreement and asset history reports for review and handle new supplier forms & registrations.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

A high school graduate with experience preferred, but we are willing to train a highly motivated individual.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary for this role is $60,000 per year, depending on education, training, experience, skills, competencies, and job-related knowledge. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive and a range of benefits, including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, and paid time off, including vacation, sick time, and holidays.
