Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Learning Translator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with instructional designers and other teams to translate content, including capsules, videos, training materials, and subtitles, to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Translate materials such as instructor guides, subtitles, capsules, presentations, and other content to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Validate content with various teams to ensure alignment with business language and objectives.
- Collaborate with the global learning team to develop materials, courses, and programs for LATAM that capture the essence of the content and meet business objectives.
- Align communication materials across LATAM, including communication, flyers, key messages, and other materials, to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in translation, languages, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and verbal skills).
- Ability to balance competing priorities and maintain momentum behind execution.
- At least 1 year of experience in content translations.
