We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Givex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic sales initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capitalize on them

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Givex's products and services

• Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet sales targets and exceed revenue expectations

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Givex's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients

**Requirements:**

• 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hospitality and retail industries

• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and products to clients

• Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate the value of Givex's products and services

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
