**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Business Development Professional to join our team at Power China in Mexico City.
As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and initiatives.

About the Position
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and business development, with experience working in construction companies or related industries. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the company's brand and services
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to complete market research, market information collection, and other tasks as required
- Communicate with government personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed
- Report daily work progress and other tasks assigned by the marketing manager
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (marketing, business administration, communications, etc.)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of success in marketing and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel occasionally
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $30,000 - $40,000 MXN per month, based on experience. In addition, we provide a 3-month trial period followed by a permanent contract. Our working hours are from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
