As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing major enterprise accounts, focusing on their success throughout their engagement with our services. Your mission is to maximize customer value, cultivate enduring relationships, and drive growth.

Remote Work Environment: This position is designed for remote work and will require occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of significant customer accounts, fostering strong relationships and aligning with their business objectives. This involves developing partnerships with key stakeholders and delivering tailored training.
  • Collaborative Growth: Serve as the main coordinator, working closely with internal teams to proactively resolve customer challenges, implement innovative solutions, and manage the onboarding and growth processes.
  • Success Planning: Utilize your in-depth understanding of each customer's unique environment to create and implement strategic success plans, ensuring they surpass their goals through our platform.
  • Opportunity Identification: Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with Sales and Professional Services to enhance revenue within your customer base.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary representative for our customers within the organization, gathering insights and feedback to relay to our product team, ensuring our offerings meet customer needs.
  • Global Engagement: Be prepared to travel as necessary to provide value through customer onboarding, training, and participation in industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields within a SaaS or tech environment
  • Expertise in relevant sectors such as Consumer Products, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in tools like Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on execution
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
