Recruitment Process Overview:

°/ After submitting your application by providing your CV details.

°/ If your CV meets our criteria, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview (one-on-one). The recruiter will engage with you to understand your background and professional goals.

°/ Should the exploratory interview be successful, you will proceed to an interview with the HR Business Partner and the Hiring Manager.

Responsibilities:

As a Advocacy Specialist, you should be self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently. Your key responsibilities will include:

Formulating, leading, and executing the advocacy strategy (vision, foundational elements, and objectives/KPIs) & activations (costs, performance, value alignment, and contracts) to achieve optimal outcomes. Campaign Management: Organize, coordinate, and oversee advocacy campaigns from inception to completion, including social initiatives and e-commerce events. Ensure adherence to all advocacy protocols (contracts, purchase order processing, Traackr uploads, audits, new briefing formats, etc.) and promote understanding among involved teams. Act as the market lead and promote the use of all social engagement and influencer tools: Traackr, including MIM, Sprinklr, DOMO, etc. Facilitate the rollout of new advocacy initiatives and platforms in collaboration with brand teams (gaming, social commerce, live shopping, word-of-mouth campaigns, etc.). Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, educating both internal and external stakeholders (in partnership with the advocacy agency). Stakeholder Management: Cultivate relationships with key influencer agencies and publishers (in collaboration with the advocacy agency). Manage the advocacy budget: Oversee the advocacy budget, ensuring precise monthly expenditures and appropriate budget allocation according to engagement rules. Responsible for tracking advocacy performance with key stakeholders (agencies, local brand teams, regional teams, DMI, etc.), monitoring primary KPIs and objectives (match rate, share of influence, CPV, CPE, engagement rate, mentions).

Qualifications:

Several years of experience in communications, public relations, digital marketing, or related fields. Strong understanding and proven track record in digital communications strategy – encompassing influencer marketing and consumer engagement in an omnichannel context (Media, CRM, etc.). Proficient in content marketing and strategies for social media success. Experienced in leveraging behavioral data and consumer insights to create brand engagement activations across various channels. Excellent communicator with the ability to present ideas and strategies in a visually compelling manner. Comfortable navigating a complex matrix environment and influencing senior stakeholders. Drives towards a data-informed organization and strategizes digital transformation.
