Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional plans for successful treatments, translating Amgen affiliate and brand strategy into actionable insights.

- Analyze sales performance of relevant brands in the territory and identify key action levers, including healthcare developments like VBHC and HIC policies.

- Communicate market changes and competitor activity to the business unit team, ensuring timely and effective strategy implementation and development.

- Establish strong communication with the XF team to ensure optimal brand performance.

- Ensure execution of Marketing/Commercial tactics by developing territory plans with team members.

- Stay up-to-date on commercial programs to maintain competitiveness for Biosimilars products.

- Prioritize key accounts and deliver results for relevant accounts.

- Lead approved budgets to ensure resource allocation meets plan and financial control targets.

- Plan, allocate, and monitor team expenses budget for budgetary control.

- Supervise progress of marketing messages and programs by evolving adoption ladder in customer profiling.

- Monitor implementation of plan of actions, travel needs, and support throughout sales cycles and ensure budget spend within agreed time, costs, compliance, and quality parameters.

- Evaluate and act on field force metrics and standards to increase sales force effectiveness from a quantitative and qualitative perspective.

- Coach and motivate team members to achieve/exceed territory goals and optimize individual and team engagement.

- Conduct annual and ongoing performance reviews and capability assessment within the framework of Amgen's performance management process.

- Develop individual team members to improve overall performance in their role and for future development.

- Support team members on external key customer visits as needed.

- Take leadership in customer engagement strategies and personal external partner management.

Authority and Outputs:

- Ensure budget spent within agreed parameters.

- Manage team members' expenses.

- Implement POA for region.

- PSR recruitment/disciplinary procedures.

- Agreed regional sales goals and other performance expectations.

- Market dynamics feedback according to HCPs and key accounts input.

- Administration and reporting requirements.

- Compliance with Amgen policies and procedures.

- Individual team member performance objectives.

- MAP - appraisal and development plans.

Requirements:

- Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 3 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment OR Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment OR Associate's degree and 10 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment.

- Previous managerial experience directly managing people and/or experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources.

- Good understanding of English, both in oral and written communication.

Preferred Requirements:

- Strong XF networking.

- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles (private and hospital market), leading a sales team.

- Key account mapping and results accountability.

- Bachelor's degree in life science or bio-medical sciences.

- Relevant experience in the relevant therapy area.

- Experience interacting with various disciplines and organizational levels.

- Experience in project management.
